Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to opt out. Last updated October 7, 2026.
Sawtooth Theatre Co. ("we") runs sawtooththeatre.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@sawtooththeatre.com.
What you give us
- Mailing list: your email address, so we can send news about our shows. Our email service is Zoho Campaigns, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can reply.
- Tickets: sold by Eventbrite, in Eventbrite's checkout on this site. Eventbrite takes your payment and shares your order details, such as your name and email, with us as the organizer. Eventbrite's privacy policy covers the purchase.
What's collected automatically
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics show us which pages are visited, how people found us, and roughly where and on what device, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies.
- Advertising: the Meta Pixel (Meta runs Facebook and Instagram) is on this site and in the Eventbrite checkout. It tells Meta when someone visits, opens the ticket window, starts checking out or buys a ticket, so we can show our ads to people who were interested and stop showing them to people who already bought. It uses cookies. We don't send Meta anything you type into our forms.
- Security and reliability: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that our forms are filled in by a person, not a bot. Sentry reports errors and may record a replay of a visit, with all text and form entries hidden.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services named above, which handle it for us, and when the law requires it. We may also give Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of our mailing list's email addresses, to show our ads to subscribers or to leave them out.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- Control the ads you see from Meta in your Meta ad preferences.
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
How long we keep it
Mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe. Contact messages for as long as we need to reply and keep a record. Google, Meta and our other services keep their data under their own policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
