Reid Watson is a Brooklyn-based actor, musician, Founder and Artistic Director of Sawtooth Theatre Co. He has over a decade of professional acting experience in New York City and regionally, with credits including King Edward in Henry VI with Atlas Shakespeare Company, Bertram in All’s Well That Ends Well and Cloten in Cymbeline with Hamlet Isn’t Dead. He has also developed and performed new work in NYC, including at New York City Fringe.
Alongside his work in the theatre, Reid is a software developer with a particular interest in the intersection of technology and artistic practice, exploring how new tools and ways of thinking can expand the possibilities of live performance. Through Sawtooth, he seeks to create innovative, urgent theatre that asks difficult questions, searches for truth, and finds moments of hope in an increasingly dark and chaotic world.
Leah Schwartz is a Brooklyn-based actor, fight choreographer, Co-Founder and Executive Producer of Sawtooth Theatre Co. A graduate of Marymount Manhattan College (BFA Acting) with additional training at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and New York Combat for Stage & Screen, she brings a decade of professional experience at the crossroads of performance and stage combat to every production she takes on.
Recent acting credits include Kate in Seminar (Shaker Bridge Theatre) and Emilia in Othello (Atlas Shakespeare Company). As a fight choreographer, her work includes mainstage productions of Big Love and Julius Caesar at York College, where she served as adjunct faculty, and choreography for Mareeka's music video "Give It To Me," which won an award for Best Action Music Video in Berlin.
